Karis, a multiple in hand Champion, is now owned in partnership with Fiona Grant-Chivers. In 2005, his first year under saddle, he qualified for the Horse of the Year Show where despite being only a novice he coped admirably with the electric atmosphere.

At the AHS National Show 2006 he won the young riders class ridden by Stacy Haworth. He is the sire of ZA Karis Ibn Azal this year's top winning novice gelding.
